I have lots of experience working with kids, parenting, and behavior using Strength Based, Attachment Dynamics, and Family Development Skills.

I use a variety of Mindfulness and Contemplative Based Psychotherapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic, and other Nature Based Therapuetic Methods in my practice.

In my family counseling practice the entire family included and everyone get’s involved! We’ll use really fun techniques from amazing methods such as Family Systems, Family Constelations, and Dyadic Resonance work. These are designed to the family to feel more connected, cared for, and harmonious.
